3. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear and complete instructions for the desired edits. Ensure all materials provided (photos, videos) are owned by the client or that the client has permission to use them. Respond to any queries from Amit Dave Production House promptly to ensure timely completion of the project.

4. Payment Terms
A detailed quote will be provided before the commencement of any project.
A deposit of 50% is required upfront.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project.
Payment methods accepted: Gpay, Phone Pay or Cash.

5. Revisions
3 of revisions are included in the initial quote. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

6. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround time will be provided upon project acceptance. Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the project and current workload.

7. Confidentiality
All materials provided by the client will be treated as confidential. Amit Dave Production House will not use or share client materials for any purpose other than completing the project without prior consent.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The client retains ownership of all original materials provided. Amit Dave Production House retains the right to use completed works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Liability
Amit Dave Production House is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur from the use of our services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amit Dave Production House from any claims arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15days notice. In case of termination by the client, any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

11. Amendments
Amit Dave Production House reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
